Turkish Cargo And El Al Cargo Should Return To Both KBP And IEV.

Turkish Airlines Should Also Reacquire Its Flights To Minsk, Belarus.

All Countries Should Provide Waivers To Turkish Airlines, Turkish Cargo, El Al Airlines, El Al Cargo To Provide Services To Ukraine And Belarus And Have Overflight Permissions For Each Country.

Isolation Will Do More To Enhance The Status Quo.

Prior to 24 February 2022, Istanbul, Turkey-based Turkish Airlines and Turkish Cargo, and Tel Aviv, Israel-based El Al Airlines and El Al Cargo provided multiple flights per day from Istanbul (IST) and Tel Aviv (TLV), respectively, into Boryspil International Airport (KBP) in Kyiv and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport- Kyiv Zhuliany International Airport (IEV).

All Turkish Airlines flights to Ukraine have been cancelled until 15 May 2022 when six flights are scheduled from IST. One is a code share with Uzbekistan Airways (using a Boeing 787-8 aircraft) and five are Turkish Airlines flights with connection through Ankara (capital of Turkey).

El Al Airlines is showing no scheduled flights from TLV to KBP or IEV.
