He’s Not A Model For Savile Row Tailors, Did Not Dress As Have Others, But The Prime Minister Of The UK Delivered Mightily During His Visit To Kyiv: He Proved It Could Be Done.

Granted, his attire did not project the best of London’s Savile Row tailors (or reflect the refinement embodied by clothing displayed by the Prince of Wales).  His blond mop flowed within its own gravity.  He looked as though an aide had jostled him awake far too early after an extended night out.  Unlike those who arrived before him, his costume was not “weekend wear” casual in keeping with a visit to a war zone.  He was not to blend-in.  He conveyed business as usual- I’m here as who I am.  Snide comments aside, what he did do was deliver- and deliver mightily

A special train carriage from Poland delivered Prime Minister Boris Johnson to Kyiv.

Now that Kyiv has been deemed safe, next visitors: Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, which has the third-largest Ukrainian population after Ukraine and Russian Federation. United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).  Delegations from parliaments, assemblies, congresses.  Yes, particularly members of the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate who will seek a “must have” image with Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, and images and crafted narratives after visits to sites of death and destruction.

The Russian Federation commenced its attack upon Ukraine on 24 February 2022.  Three weeks later, the first of an increasing number of government delegations traveled to Ukraine- to Kyiv, to Lviv, to Odesa.  The officials traveled within Ukraine using vehicles and regularly-scheduled and government-scheduled rail service.
