For Reconstruction Funding To Gaza, United States House Of Representatives Makes The Correct Decision, But For Wrong Reason. 

Taxpayers In The United States Should Provide Nothing To Reconstruct Gaza.  The United States Congress Should Demand The Government Of The State Of Israel Reimburse United States Taxpayers For All Funds Provided To Gaza Since 7 October 2023- And Particularly For The US$320 Million For Wasteful Floating Pier. 

Muslim Nations, Arab Nations Should Adopt The Same Position, But With A Timeline. 

Only After Government Of The State Of Israel Provides All Necessary Funding To Reconstruct Gaza, Estimated At US$18.5 Billion, Should Taxpayers And Private Sectors In Any Other Country Participate. 

• Including, Taxpayers In Arab Countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

• And Any Of The Fifty-Seven (57) Country Members Of The Jeddah, Saudi Arabia-Based Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC). 

State Of Israel Taxpayers Should Provide All Funding To Reconstruct Gaza Since The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Destroyed Gaza.  There Must Be Accountability- Or No Incentive For The Government Of The State Of Israel To Do It Again.   

If Governments Want To Hold Accountable The Government Of The Russian Federation For The Destruction Caused In Ukraine Since 24 February 2022, Then Consistency Requires Holding Accountable The Government Of The State Of Israel For The Destruction Caused In Gaza.

None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 2025 may be made available to build in or rebuild the Gaza strip on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
