Regardless Of Who Wins The White House, U.S. Secretary Of State Should Quickly Visit These Eleven Countries & One Territory
Whomever is the United States Secretary of State at the beginning of a second-term Trump Administration or a first-term Biden Administration should quickly “wheels-up” on their Boeing C-32 (757-2G4) aircraft to visit heads of state and heads of government in countries where there are issues of importance to the United States.
The United States Secretary of State should meet with whomever the host government determines is appropriate, regardless of protocol. If a government refuses to accept a meeting with the United States Secretary of State, that refusal should be made public. The message of the United States should be about making an effort to help resolve issues rather than maintain issues.
Some of the issues relating to each country may not directly impact the United States, but regardless of a direct linear or triangular connection, beneficial to the United States for the global community to view engagement of the United States Secretary of State on behalf of the President of the United States representing the government of the United States.
