Disputing Source Of Gaza Hospital Rocket In 2023 Similar To 2022 When Ukraine President Certain Rocket From Russia Landed In Poland- So NATO Should Attack Russia. Rocket Was Launched By Ukraine

Dispute About Source Of Gaza Hospital Rocket In 2023 Has Similarities To 2022 When Ukraine President Certain That Rocket From Russia Landed In Poland- So NATO Should Attack Russia.  But, Rocket Was Launched By Ukraine.

What One Government First Said Was True, Was Not.  What Other Governments Said Was Likely Turned Out To Be True.

Presidents Biden And Erdogan Were Prescient.

The reporting about the origin of the rocket impacting the al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza on 17 October 2023 recalls the rocket impacting the village of Przewodow, Poland, on 15 November 2022.

Although the loss of life from each tragedy is vastly different, there are similarities as to how responsibility for each event unfolded and was apportioned- what was initially stated as fact which eventually was confirmed as inaccurate.  Had all interested parties reacted immediately to what one head of state desired, the outcome could have been catastrophic for many countries.

The rocket impacting the al-Ahli Arab Hospital (The Arab People’s Hospital) on 17 October 2023 in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City was another awful moment in what has become a series of awful moments since 7 October 2023 when supporters of the non-state actor Hamas invaded areas currently controlled by the State of Israel outside of the borders of Gaza.  The al-Ahli Arab Hospital was also impacted by a rocket on 14 October 2023.

Regardless of whose finger pressed the button, clicked the computer mouse, gave the order, the result was destruction and death at a hospital.  All parties to the current conflict, to the war, have responsibility.

The focus for responsibility will as expected be circular.  Neither the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) nor Hamas have enduring credibility.  From the perspective of the State of Israel, if Hamas had not done what it did on 7 October 2023, then IDF would not have responded with drones, missiles, and rockets aimed at targets in Gaza.  From the perspective of Hamas, had the IDF not targeted Gaza, Hamas would not have needed to respond.  Important to note that Hamas, by its official statement of policy, object to the existence of the State of Israel.  Important to note that the State of Israel believes Hamas must be extinguished rather than negotiated with or reformed.

On 15 November 2022, the government of Ukraine was immediate in its public statements that a rocket impacting the territory of Poland was launched by the armed forces of the Russian Federation and should be viewed without dispute by the government of Poland as an attack by the armed forces of the Russian Federation upon the territory of Poland, which is a member of the thirty-one country Brussels, Belgium-based North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).  Thus, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked NATO and NATO must respond.

  • NATO: United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Albania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Greece, Slovenia, Hungary, Spain, Turkiye, Latvia, and North Macedonia. The 600-member Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkiye has yet to approve the ascension of the Kingdom of Sweden- which has no border with the Russian Federation. The 199-member National Assembly of Hungary (Country Assembly) has yet to approve the ascension of the Kingdom of Sweden.

In immediate response to the public statements by the government of Ukraine, heads of state and heads of government participating in the G20 Leaders’ Summit in Bali, Indonesia, were skeptical and shared that skepticism publicly- led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkiye (2014- ), and Joseph Biden, 46th President of the United States.

Both heads of state knew the goal of Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine (2019- ), had been since 24 February 2022 to entangle NATO directly within the internationally-recognized territory of Ukraine to confront directly the armed forces of the Russian Federation.  That was never going to happen.  Their skepticism proved prescient.

From media reporting: “The projectile that caused the death of two people in Poland’s Przewodow last November was a stray Ukrainian anti-air missile, Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro confirmed, the Polish Radio Lublin reported on Sept. 28.  According to the minister, an investigation by Poland's Prosecutor’s Office “categorically” established that Ukraine launched the missile that hit a Polish grain facility near the Ukrainian border on Nov. 15, 2022.  “It was a Soviet-made missile, but it belonged to the Ukrainian military,” Ziobro said.”

  • On 24 February 2022, the armed forces of the Russian Federation invaded and further invaded the territory of Ukraine in what Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation (2000-2008 and 2012- ), defined as a Special Military Operation [SMO] then on 22 December 2022 he redefined as a war.  The initial invasion of Ukraine by the armed forces of the Russian Federation was in part from the territory of Belarus.

  • The war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine did not commence on 24 February 2022.  The roots began their trajectories on 20 February 2014 when the armed forces of the Russian Federation invaded the Crimean Peninsula and the area known as the Donbas Region (Donetsk Oblast and Luhansk Oblast).
