The reporting about the origin of the rocket impacting the al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza on 17 October 2023 recalls the rocket impacting the village of Przewodow, Poland, on 15 November 2022.

The al-Ahli Arab Hospital was also impacted by a rocket on 14 October 2023.
Regardless of whose finger pressed the button, clicked the computer mouse, gave the order, the result was destruction and death at a hospital. All parties to the current conflict, to the war, have responsibility.
The focus for responsibility will as expected be circular. Neither the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) nor Hamas have enduring credibility. From the perspective of the State of Israel, if Hamas had not done what it did on 7 October 2023, then IDF would not have responded with drones, missiles, and rockets aimed at targets in Gaza. From the perspective of Hamas, had the IDF not targeted Gaza, Hamas would not have needed to respond. Important to note that Hamas, by its official statement of policy, object to the existence of the State of Israel. Important to note that the State of Israel believes Hamas must be extinguished rather than negotiated with or reformed.
On 15 November 2022, the government of Ukraine was immediate in its public statements that a rocket impacting the territory of Poland was launched by the armed forces of the Russian Federation and should be viewed without dispute by the government of Poland as an attack by the armed forces of the Russian Federation upon the territory of Poland, which is a member of the thirty-one country Brussels, Belgium-based North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Both heads of state knew the goal of Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine (2019- ), had been since 24 February 2022 to entangle NATO directly within the internationally-recognized territory of Ukraine to confront directly the armed forces of the Russian Federation. That was never going to happen. Their skepticism proved prescient.
