Biden Is Wrong.  “Chaos Of War” Did Not Destroy Gaza.  The IDF Did With U.S.-Provided Weapons. Rather Than Israel Pay To Reconstruct Gaza, He Wants U.S. Taxpayers, Arabs, Muslims To Do It.

Joseph Biden, 46th President Of The United States Is Wrong.  “Chaos Of War” Did Not Destroy Gaza.  The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Often Using United States-Provided Weapons, Destroyed Gaza.

It’s time for this war to end” Said President Biden.  Conveniently, He Neglected To Mention United States Taxpayers Would Borrow To Pay For It… And Who Is Not Expected To Pay For It.

United States Providing Weapons For State Of Israel To Destroy Gaza And President Biden Wants United States Taxpayers To Pay To Reconstruct Gaza.  Really?

Shilling For Israel Taxpayers, Galling Chutzpah For Biden-Harris Administration (2021- ), Obama-Biden Administration (2009-2017), And Netanyahu Administration (2022- , 2009-2021, 1996-1999).

Prime Minister Netanyahu Believes President Biden Is A Putz.  Why Else Would He Expect United States Taxpayers To Fund The Reconstruction Of Gaza When Decisions By The Government Of The State Of Israel Destroyed Gaza.

Typical Biden- Revising Pesky Facts That Interfere With His Distorted Narrative.

In 2023, Israel Was A Victim.  In 2024, Israel Is A Predator

Arab And Muslim Nations Including Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates Must Remain Unified- They Should Not Pay To Reconstruct Gaza.  The Government Of The State Of Israel Must Pay For What It Destroyed.

Israel Has Approximately US$200 Billion In Foreign Reserves.  18th Largest In The World.  With US$522 Billion, Ranks 29th Of 193 Countries Globally By Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

What Is The Position Of The Government Of Ukraine?  The Government Of The Russian Federation Must Pay For Destruction Caused in Ukraine, But The Government Of The State Of Israel Is Not Responsible For The Destruction Caused In Gaza?

By the end of the day on 7 October 2023, the State of Israel, the non-Palestinian citizens and residents within the State of Israel, and the government of the State of Israel embraced a substantial shared horror and victimization while maintaining management of the world’s largest outdoor concentration camp, the territory known as Gaza (2.3 million population) and, to a lesser extent, a secondary outdoor internment facility, the territory known as the West Bank (4.1 million population).  Now, eight months later, the government of the State of Israel is a predator of the worse magnitude.

This predatory behavior continues to be reinforced by the Biden-Harris Administration (2021- ) with its excuse-laden policy of absolving, defending, denying, excluding, and excusing the government of the State of Israel.

Chutzpah?  The government of the State of Israel has re-authorized companies located in the State of Israel to again sell (export) products into Gaza.  Never miss an opportunity to earn a shekel

  • ““Israel phoned Gazan distributors who had been purchasing goods from the West Bank and Israel before the war,” said Ayed Abu Ramadan, chair of the Gaza Chamber of Commerce. “It told them it was ready to coordinate the pick-up of goods.””

Now, the Biden-Harris Administration has showed, again, its “ironclad” support for the government of the State of Israel by declaring that the responsibility for the reconstruction of Gaza, the destruction of which was caused by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), will be borne not by the taxpayers of the State of Israel, but by taxpayers in Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates, United States, and other countries

Yes, Joseph Biden, 46th President of the United States (2021- ), wants United States taxpayers to borrow hundreds of millions of dollars, perhaps one billion dollars or more, to partially fund the reconstruction of Gaza.  Appalling.

Another example of a man leading a nation in the 21st Century, but born in the 20th Century and incapable of transitioning- from absolving the government of the State of Israel to holding accountable the government of the State of Israel.

Might a member of the Biden Family (son, brother, sister, in-law) or friend of the Biden family be on the payroll of the government of the State of Israel?  Only rationale for fervor by which President Biden wants United States taxpayers to provide weapons to the IDF; have the armed forces of the United States construct a US$320 million temporary pier attached (was then damaged and rendered inoperable) to the coast of Gaza- when the humanitarian assistance should have been delivered by land from a land crossing to the State of Israel; and now fund the reconstruction of Gaza.  Someone must have a substantial retainer or success fee.

  • “With a ceasefire, that aid could be safely and effectively distributed to all who need it.  Hundreds of thousands of temporary shelters, including housing units, would be delivered by the international communityFinally, in phase three, a major reconstruction plan for Ga- -- for Gaza wou- -- would commence…  With a deal, a rebuilding of Gaza will begin [with] Arab nations and the international community, along with Palestinian and Israeli leaders, to get it done in a manner that does not allow Hamas to re-arm.  And the United States will work with our partners to rebuild homes, schools, and hospitals in Gaza to help repair communities that were destroyed in the chaos of war.”  Joseph Biden, 46th President of the United States (2021- )

An example of the courage of ignorance:  There was and continues to be no “chaos of war” which by some divine intervention, inability to communicate far or near, inability to see far or near, or lack of technology, has caused an estimated US$18.5 billion in damage in Gaza- perhaps as much as 85% of structures in Gaza damaged or destroyed in eight months.  The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) often using United States-provided weapons, destroyed and continues to destroy Gaza.

How can President Biden want to hold accountable the government of the Russian Federation for the destruction in Ukraine caused by the armed forces of the Russian Federation since 24 February 2022, currently estimated at more than US$200 billion, and not hold accountable the government of the State of Israel for the destruction in Gaza caused by the IDF since 7 October 2023?  Where is the consistency?  What is the position of the government of Ukraine as to the responsibility of the IDF?

  • “With this deal in place, what can follow would include agreements on the northern border to allow people to return to their homes in safety; beginning to rebuild Gaza together with the international community and the Arab partners, Palestinians, and Israelis in a manner that does not allow Hamas to rearm or threaten Israel…  So, from phase one to phase two -- and the elements of phase one, again, were laid out -- it is comprehensive.  It is the release of a category of hostages -- I think many on this call are familiar with; we've talked about this before -- but also with not only the further surge of humanitarian assistance and distribution across the strip, but also the beginning of rehabilitation of essential services, clearing of rubble, and relief to the people of Gaza, including temporary shelters, temporary housing, everything else.  It was all mapped out in the deal.  And that all happens immediately in the first six weeks.  And then phase three -- and each phase is about 42 days to get the -- for the exchange of hostages, for example, in phase two.  And then phase three is an exchange of remaining remains and also outlines a pretty extensive three- to five-year reconstruction program for Gaza that's fully backed by us, by the international community, and others.  So by the time you get to phase three, I think you're very much in the rehabilitation of Gaza and stabilization.”  Background press call by senior administration officials on President Biden’s remarks on the Middle East

  • “We’ve traveled through to nine countries and met with leaders in each of those, and was able to secure agreements with all of these Arab partners, as well as with Turkey, that they were ready to have those conversations, they were ready to coordinate with the United States and they were ready to take real steps to improve the lives of the Palestinian people in Gaza and to look at how to rebuild Gaza and establish Palestinian-led governance in Gaza… But look, it’s going to require tough choices, and not just tough choices from Arab partners in the region, but really tough choices from Israel.  And so, the United States can’t make those tough choices for Israel. We can’t make those tough choices for any of these countries.”  Matthew Miller, Spokesperson, United States Department of State

  • “As mediators in the ongoing discussions to secure a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages and detainees, the United States, Egypt, and Qatar jointly call on both Hamas and Israel to finalize the agreement embodying the principles outlined by President Biden on May 31, 2024.  These principles brought the demands of all parties together in a deal that serves multiple interests and will bring immediate relief both to the long-suffering people of Gaza as well as the long-suffering hostages and their families.  This deal offers a roadmap for a permanent ceasefire and ending the crisis.”  United States Department of State

“BENJAMIN NETANYAHU (Prime Minister of the State of Israel (2022- , 2009-2021, 1996-1999): If you mean resettling -- if you mean resettling Gaza, yes, it was never in the cards and I said so openly, and some of my constituents are not happy about it. But that's my position.  I would do is have a reconstruction of Gaza, if possible, done by the moderate Arab states and the international community.  I think that’s a realistic plan.

TAPPER: He says that he wants Gaza to be run by Gazans and he wants Gaza there to be a reconstruction by Arab states and the international community.

DAN SULLIVAN: Yes.

JAKE TAPPER: I mean, I want to be 25 again. That doesn't mean it's going to happen. You know what I mean? Like, it's very easy to say such a thing, but how does it happen?

DAN SULLIVAN: Well, look, I think his point on the moderate Arab states is a really important one, right? Right now, as you probably know, Jake, they have not stepped up in terms of economic assistance. Traditionally, the United States has been the largest supplier of economic assistance before October 7. But I think we're getting a little ahead of ourselves, right? We need to continue to enable Israel to destroy Hamas.”

  • The ratio of civilians to combatants killed is the lowest in the history of urban war, certainly dense urban warfare like this. It’s about one-to-one.”  Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the State of Israel (2022- , 2009-2021, 1996-1999)

GENEVA, May 2 (Reuters)- Rebuilding Gaza's shattered homes will take at least until 2040 but could drag on for many decades, according to a U.N. report released on Thursday.  Nearly seven months of Israeli bombardment have caused billions of dollars in damage, leaving many of the crowded strip's high-rise concrete buildings reduced to heaps, with a U.N. official referring to a "moonscape" of destruction.  Palestinian data, opens new tab shows that about 80,000 homes have been destroyed in a conflict triggered by Hamas fighters' deadly attacks on southern Israel on Oct. 7. Israeli strikes have killed tens of thousands of Palestinians.  In a best-case scenario in which construction materials are delivered five times as fast as in the last Gaza crisis in 2021, rebuilding destroyed homes could be done by 2040, a building assessment said.  But the U.N. Development Programme assessment notes that Gaza would need "approximately 80 years to restore all the fully destroyed housing units" under a scenario assuming the pace of reconstruction follows the trend of several previous Gaza conflicts.  A separate report based on satellite images analysed by the United Nations showed that 85.8% of schools in Gaza had suffered some level of damage since Oct. 7. Over 70% of schools will require major or full reconstruction, the U.N. statement added.  The UNDP assessment makes a series of projections on the war's socioeconomic impact based on the duration of the current conflict, projecting decades of suffering.  "Unprecedented levels of human losses, capital destruction, and the steep rise in poverty in such a short period of time will precipitate a serious development crisis that jeopardises the future of generations to come," said UNDP Administrator Achim Steiner in a statement.  In a scenario where the war lasts nine months, poverty is set to increase from 38.8% of Gaza's population at the end of 2023 to 60.7%, dragging a large portion of the middle class below the poverty line, the report said.
